Twelve Hundred B2B LLC is founded by Scott Stephanoff and McIntosh Cooey, both of whom are working in the music and media industry for the last 15 years.

Scott Stephanoff is a multi-media producer and former director of the Cement Space Gallery. A pioneer in the Detroit art scene, Cement Space showcased groundbreaking exhibits by artists including TODT and Devo's Mark Mothersbaugh as well as the earliest performances by Juan Atkins and Model 500. His video work has been shown internationally as well as on MTV. Scott, now co-owns Futuramic Media, a Detroit-based production company creating multi-media installations, video work, and web design.

McIntosh Cooey has been creating websites since 1995 when he created the first music label site to feature the entire catalogue of songs streamed in their entirety. He is now the owner of the Twelve Hundred Group, an internet services provider for music companies. One of the services was a B2B system that has since been turned into it's own product: 1200 B2B.
